We can achieve this balance during asana by synchronizing our spiritual intention with our physical actions, bringing awareness and intention to our practice. 

      Combining these actions ensures that every part of the body, mind, and spirit participates in the expression and performance of the pose.

    Remember, the perfect pose is the pose you do today - so delight in where your breath takes your body!
